A Second Pass at Tubbiq Alklmary and Hayalet Arcane Backgrounds for Interface 2.0 CthulhuTech

When I last posted these Arcane Backgrounds, I envisioned doing one for each of the shape shifting flavors instead of just one for each group. While my original format will work, it would definitely work better for the not-tager versions because there is more information on the playable ones than there is for the non-player character not-dhohanoids. You can see the original post with references to the Corporation that created them here. So here are the revised backgrounds:

Arcane Background: Tubbiq Alklmary
When someone takes this background, they gain the ability to transform into a monstrous humanoid that they get to describe based on the powers that they choose. All who choose this background get 5 power points to spend on any of the following powers:

Power cost
Altered Form – Elastic Form (Grapple, Reach 0, Viscous) 4 + 1 per level of reach up 5
Aquatic 1
Armor 1 per level up to 5
Attack, Melee – (Claws or Bite or built-in weaponry) 1 per level up to 2
Attack, Ranged – (Needle or Eye blast) 1 per level up to 2
Awareness 2
Extra Limbs 2 per level up to 5
Fear 2 per level up to 5
Flight 1, 3, 7
Heightened Senses 1
Regeneration – Natural healing roll every day 1
Super Agility – 1 Die or 2 Dice 1, 3
Super Strength – 1 Die or 2 Dice 1, 3
Super Vigor – 1 Die or 2 Dice 1, 3

Note: These powers are only useable after they have assumed their monstrous shape, which takes your action for the round.

When someone takes this background, they gain the ability to transform into a monstrous humanoid that they can describe based on the powers that they choose. All who choose this background get 5 power points to spend on any of the following powers:

Attack, Melee – (Claws or Bite or built-in weaponry) 1 per level up to 2
Attack Ranged – An Electrical discharge, Needle 1 per level up to 2
Awareness 2
Fear 2 per level up to 5
Flight 1, 3, 7
Heightened Senses 1
Invisibility only 1 level 3
Regeneration – Natural healing roll every day 1
Super Agility – 1 Die or 2 Dice 1, 3
Super Strength – 1 Die or 2 Dice 1, 3
Super Vigor – 1 Die or 2 Dice 1, 3
Wall Walker 1
