Painting Stone

So I finally got around to painting my Stone miniature, the first of the two that I really want to do a nice job on. This was my least favorite mold between the Stone and Cackler miniatures. I don’t like the feather in his hat, but I also don’t feel comfortable doing a change to the sculpt at this time to remove it (the feather). I am not sure how I feel about my attempt to make tanned dead skin, I am going to have to look at it later and see if I like the overall paint job. If not, I will have to strip the paint and try again. I do however like how the sheriff’s stars came out in person, though I am less fond of how they look in the blown up image (some of the details seem to get lost). Anyway here is a picture.
